What these terms will cover
This placeholder will set out the rules for using Theo & Thea: account eligibility (including an 18+ requirement), acceptable use, how assessments and professional reviews work, and how payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled once those features exist.
Not a substitute for professional care
Theo & Thea does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this platform is a substitute for emergency care or an in-person medical assessment when one is needed.
Professional partners
Assessments, protocols, consultations, and fulfilment are delivered together with licensed professional partners, whose own terms may also apply once confirmed.
